Returns and Refunds Policy
At DAZ Premium Fit, we strive to offer the highest quality supplements and coffee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Period
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Product Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following requirements:
Supplements and Coffee: Due to the nature of our products and for health and safety reasons, we only accept returns of products that are sealed, in their original packaging, and unopened.
Packaging Condition: The product must be in the same condition that you received it. Products with broken security seals or packaging damaged by the customer will not be accepted.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
Send an email to info@dazpremiumfit.com including your name, order number, and the reason for the return.
Our team will review your request and provide you with instructions on where to send the package.
Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs to return the item, unless the product arrived damaged or we made a shipping error. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved: The refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
Rejected: If the product arrives opened or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product damaged during shipping or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) via email or phone to arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
