At DAZ Premium Fit, we work quickly to ensure you receive your products as soon as possible. Therefore, we have established the following conditions for canceling orders and services:

1. Cancellation of Single Orders

Before Shipping: You can request to cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped. Due to our efficient logistics, we recommend contacting us via WhatsApp at +1 505-437-5675 within the first hour of making your purchase.

After Shipping: If the order has already been delivered to the shipping company, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you must follow the process outlined in our Returns Policy once you receive the product.

2. Subscription Cancellation (If applicable)

If you have opted for our "Recurring Purchase" option to ensure you never run out of your coffee or supplements:

Flexibility: You can cancel or modify your subscription at any time through your customer account at dazpremiumfit.com.

Notice Period: To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled renewal date.

Charges Processed: Cancellations made after a subscription order has been processed will be applied to the next billing cycle.

3. Order Modifications

If you wish to change a protein flavor or the roast level of your coffee after payment but before shipment, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to manually adjust your order before it leaves our warehouse.

4. Reservation of Rights

DAZ Premium Fit reserves the right to cancel any order due to lack of stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such cases, the customer will be notified immediately and a full refund will be issued.
