Shipping Policy
At DAZ Premium Fit, we want you to receive your supplements and coffee as quickly and easily as possible. That's why we're happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the continental United States.
1. Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates
Standard Shipping: FREE!
Estimated Delivery Time: 3 to 7 business days after processing.
Coverage Areas: We currently ship throughout the United States. For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or overseas territories, delivery times may be slightly longer.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available in the carrier's system (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
4. Delivery Addresses and P.O. Boxes
Please ensure you provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We do ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO).
5. Lost or Damaged Orders
If you receive a damaged order or if the tracking indicates it has been delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us immediately through our customer service channels. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
